How Can I Clock Up More Steps for My Team?

~ Is there a nice 15 minute walk in your neighbourhood that you could try out?

~ Visit a park or mountain trail for a relaxing weekend walk with family and friends.

~ Walk to the corner shop to get the weekend newspaper

~ If you have to use the car, why not park it as far away as you can from where you’re going and clock up a few extra steps!

~ Could you meet friends for a walk before you go for your usual coffee?

~ Getting out of your car and onto your feet or into the saddle will not only help reduce traffic congestion and improve the environment, it will make you healthier and help you increase your steps!! You’ll also save on petrol costs!

Q. How do we register as a Desk-Based Team?

A. When you signed up for the Challenge you were asked if your team were desk based. If you did not tick this option but would like to be included in the Desk-Based Leaderboard you can do this by logging into your account, clicking on ‘my personal details’, going to the green ‘Pedometer Challenge 2013′ tab and choosing that you are a ‘Desk-Based Team’, remember to click ‘submit’ at the end of the page.
